Customer Service Agent for a fashion company (m/f) –English and Swedish speaking

Overview of tasks:

  • Receive and answer customer inquiries relating to fashion via phone and e-mail
  • Develop individual solutions based on the requirements of the customer
  • Process, record and handle customer concerns within the system
  • Deal with customer made orders on our premium fashion online selling Partner
